4. Subscription & Payments

- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
- We may change pricing with prior notice.
5. Free Trial
If a free trial is offered:
- You may use Sufbook during the trial period without charge.
- At the end of the trial, your subscription may begin automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Sufbook for unlawful purposes.
- Upload malicious software or viruses.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Copy, reverse engineer, or resell the platform without permission.
- Use the platform to send spam or fraudulent communications.
7. Customer Data
You retain ownership of the data you upload to Sufbook.
By using the platform, you grant Sufbook permission to store, process, and display your data solely to provide our services.

9. Availability

- Google Calendar
- Zoom
- Google Meet
Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

All software, branding, logos, graphics, designs, and content on Sufbook remain the exclusive property of Sufbook or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.
12. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless otherwise stated.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Fail to pay subscription fees.
- Misuse the platform.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sufbook shall not be liable for:
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Sufbook during the preceding 12 months.

Sufbook is provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business requirement.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Sufbook harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sufbook after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
